Make the person in this image stand up naturally, then perform a clean and controlled backflip in place, landing smoothly back on the same floor. The movement should look realistic and well-balanced, with accurate body physics and motion timing. Keep his appearance identical; same clothes, body shape, hairstyle, and lighting. 
The backflip should have a clear upward motion, full rotation, and stable landing without distortion or merging. The background, sky, mountains, and floor must remain completely still and unchanged. 
The camera stays fixed in the same position with no zoom or movement. 
Lighting and shadows should stay consistent with the original daylight scene. Add subtle natural motion blur for realism. Focus entirely on the smooth sequence of standing, flipping backward, and landing.
